Every support service request for request for a quotation or other information is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of the request and responses provided at anytime via this online web portal.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your requests. You can upload (attach to request forms)  photos, documents, and even videos to help us understand the details of your request or service issue.

Our KNOWLEDGE base is a very useful tool, it tracks and stores answers to common service problems, issues and valuable information related to the TOPICS  you select in the FAQ or TOPIC drop-down boxes.

You must register and provide a verifiable email address to submit/create  a product or service  ticket. Once verified by our admin department a confirmation and welcome email will be sent to you and your account will be activated.

Once  a service or request ticket has been submitted
one of our SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS (SMS's) specialized in the area of your interest will respond to your via email or through you ticket which can be accessed any time you login to your account.
